Understanding Account Suspensions on Circova

When we detect activity that may violate our Marketplace Guidelines or Terms of Service, we may temporarily suspend your Circova account to protect our community of buyers and sellers. A suspended account becomes inaccessible and hidden from other users during the review period.


You'll receive an email notification about the suspension, and when you attempt to sign in to the app, you'll see a clear message indicating your account status.



How to Appeal a Suspension

If your account has been suspended, you have 180 days to submit an appeal through the Circova app. When you sign in, tab Contact Us to provide additional information about your account and activities, as well as why you believe this was a mistake.

The appeals process allows us to review your case thoroughly and ensure fair treatment for all marketplace participants. We typically respond to appeals within 5-7 business days, though complex cases may require additional time.



Permanent Account Closure

Accounts that don't submit an appeal within the 180-day window, or those with unsuccessful appeals, will be permanently closed. Once an account reaches permanent closure status, no further reviews are available, and you won't be able to create a new account using the same credentials.

In cases involving severe violations, such as fraudulent transactions, counterfeit goods, or activities that pose immediate risk to other users, we may proceed directly to permanent closure without a suspension period.



Common Reasons for Account Suspension

Your Circova account may be suspended for activities including:
  • Creating listings that violate our prohibited items policy or contain misleading product information. This includes items that are illegal, dangerous, or violate intellectual property rights.

  • Operating multiple accounts to circumvent seller limits, manipulate reviews, or engage in deceptive practices that undermine marketplace integrity.

  • Engaging in harassment, sending spam messages to other users, or using the platform for unauthorized promotional activities outside of standard listing practices.

  • Failing to complete transactions as agreed, providing counterfeit items, or repeatedly violating our community guidelines.
