Circova is committed to maintaining a safe, trustworthy marketplace for all users. To ensure the integrity of our platform and comply with applicable laws, certain items and services are prohibited or restricted from being listed, sold, or promoted through our application.All content and listings on Circova must comply with our Community Standards. This article outlines the categories of items that are either completely prohibited or subject to restrictions on our platform.

Prohibited Items

The following categories of items may not be listed, promoted, or sold on Circova under any circumstances.

Adult Content and Sexually Positioned Products Listings may not promote adult products or position any products in a sexually suggestive manner.

Alcohol The sale or promotion of alcoholic beverages is not permitted on the platform.

Body Parts and Fluids Human body parts or bodily fluids of any kind are strictly prohibited from being listed or sold.

Digital Media and Electronic Devices for Unauthorized Use Devices that facilitate unauthorized streaming of digital content or interfere with the proper functioning of electronic devices may not be listed.

Discriminatory Content Listings and communications must not discriminate against or suggest preference based on personal characteristics including race, ethnicity, color, national origin, citizenship, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, family status, marital status, disability, or medical or genetic condition. All listings must comply with applicable anti-discrimination laws.

Documents, Currency, and Financial Instruments Real or counterfeit documents, currency, financial instruments, or virtual currency may not be bought, sold, or traded on the platform.

Gambling Services and Products Items or services related to gambling for money or items of value are prohibited. This includes gaming, betting, lotteries, raffles, casinos, fantasy sports, bingo, poker, mystery box, and sweepstakes.

Hazardous Goods and Materials Hazardous materials and substances that pose safety risks may not be listed for sale.

Human Exploitation and Sexual Services Any form of human trafficking, prostitution, escort services, or sexual services is strictly prohibited.

Job Postings Circova is not a platform for employment listings. Job opportunities may not be posted or promoted.

Land, Animals, and Animal Products Live animals, animal parts, or land located in ecological conservation areas may not be listed for sale.

Medical and Healthcare Products Medical devices, healthcare products, and ingestible supplements are prohibited from being sold through the platform.

Misleading, Violent, or Hateful Products Listings containing misleading information, promoting violence, or expressing hatred are not permitted.

Non-Commercial Content Listings must offer actual products for sale. News articles, humor content, or other non-commercial material should not be posted as listings.

Prescription Products, Drugs, and Drug Paraphernalia Prescription medications, illegal drugs, and drug-related paraphernalia are strictly prohibited.

Recalled Products Products that have been officially recalled or banned by regulatory authorities may not be sold.

Stolen Goods Items that have been stolen, acquired unlawfully, or obtained without proper authorization are prohibited from being listed.

Subscriptions and Digital Products Downloadable digital content, digital subscriptions, and digital accounts may not be sold through the platform.

Third-Party Intellectual Property Infringement Listings must not infringe upon copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. This includes counterfeit goods, unauthorized copies of software, music, movies, television shows, books, images, and other media, as well as products that copy trademarks or distinctive features of genuine branded products.

Tobacco Products and Paraphernalia Tobacco products and related accessories may not be listed for sale.

Used Cosmetics Cosmetic products that have been previously used or are not in their original, sealed packaging are prohibited.

Vehicle Parts and Accessories Certain categories of vehicle parts and accessories are not permitted on the platform. This includes catalytic converters, vehicle airbags, and products intended to alter or bypass emissions control systems

Weapons, Ammunition, and Explosives Weapons of any kind, ammunition, and explosive materials or devices are strictly prohibited. This includes

Firearms and firearm parts, including airsoft and bb guns.
Ammunition and ammunition components.
Knives, such as switchblades, hunting knives, pocket knives, butterfly knives, knives that are concealed or hidden within other objects, or are made of materials that cannot be detected with a metal detector.
- Note: Kitchen cutlery and multitools that include knives are permitted.
Self defense items, including military-grade items.

Event Tickets Event tickets are prohibited. Listings offering tickets for any event are not allowed.

Gift Cards and Vouchers Gift cards, store vouchers, prepaid cards, coupon or discount codes—whether physical or digital—are prohibited.

Pet Adoption Services Pet adoption, rehoming, breeding, or matching services are prohibited.

Services Services of any kind—including labor, rentals, repairs, and consulting—are prohibited.

Enforcement and Questions

Circova reviews listings to ensure compliance with these standards.
