When to report

Report sellers for:
  • Prohibited or unsafe items

  • Scams or misleading listings

  • Harassment, hate, or abusive behavior



Report a seller in app

  • Open your Circova app.

  • Go to profile page of the seller that you want to report.

  • On the top right, tap Report [!]

  • Follow the on-screen instructions.


If you can’t see the seller's profile(example: someone blocked you)

  • Tap a listing from the seller that you want to report

  • On the top right, tap Report [!]

  • Follow the on-screen instructions.

  • Or go to ProfileHelp CenterContact us and share the details.

  • Keep in mind that we won't be able to take action on your report until we can find the content you're reporting. In your report, please provide us with as much detail as possible, including links and screenshots of the content you're reporting.



What happens next

  • We review the report and the seller’s activity within 24hrs.

  • We may suspend or ban sellers if they go against our policies.

  • We’ll let you know the outcome when possible.



Notes

  • Don’t make false reports—misuse may lead to limits on your account.

  • Circova doesn’t cover offline transactions. Stay safe—meet in public, bring a friend, and inspect items before you pay.
