Post‑purchase issues for local deals

Modified on Thu, Oct 30, 2025 at 10:13 PM

Circova doesn’t mediate refunds for in‑person exchanges. Work directly with the seller, share evidence, and report safety or fraud concerns in the app and to local authorities.

Try to resolve with the seller

  • Explain the issue clearly—what’s wrong, when you met, what you paid.

  • Share photos, videos, receipts, and chat screenshots.

  • Propose a fix—partial refund, full refund, or exchange.

Collect evidence

  • Photos or videos of the item issue

  • Proof of payment or messages about the price, time, and place

  • Any warranty or model numbers

Report safety, fraud, or illegal items

  • Open the listing.

  • On the top right corner, tap Report [!].

  • Choose a reason, add details, and submit.

  • If you’re in immediate danger, contact local authorities.

Payment disputes

  • Cash, P2P apps, and bank transfers happen outside Circova—contact your payment provider.

  • For card disputes, ask your bank about a chargeback.

  • Keep records—banks, card issuers, and P2P apps may ask for evidence.
