Delete your Circova account

Before you proceed with deleting your account, it's important to understand that this action is permanent. If you need time away from the platform, consider simply logging out instead of deleting your account entirely.

Before you delete

We recommend keeping a copy of your information before proceeding with account deletion. This includes your listing history, messages, and any photos you've uploaded to the platform. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to retrieve this information.

What happens when you delete your account

Deleting your Circova account is permanent and cannot be undone after 30 days. Here's what will happen when you delete your account:
Your profile will be removed from Circova and no one will be able to view it or search for you on the platform. All of your listings, both active and archived, will be permanently deleted and removed from search results. Your photos, reviews, and ratings will also be deleted from the platform. Buyers who are interested in your items will be notified that the listings are no longer available.
Your messages will be removed from your account, but copies of conversations may still be visible to the people you messaged. This is because messages are stored in both the sender's and recipient's message history.
Any earned credits or promotional offers will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or refunded.

How to delete your account

To permanently delete your Circova account, follow these steps:
Open the Circova app and tap on your Profile icon in the bottom navigation.
Select Settings from the menu options.
Tap on Account under Account Settings.
Select Delete Account at the bottom of the screen. You will be asked to confirm your decision and may need to enter your password for security purposes.
Review the information about what will be deleted, then tap Delete My Account to confirm.

What happens after account deletion

Your account and all associated information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. The deletion process may take up to 30 days to complete as we remove your information from all of our systems. During this time, your information will not be visible to other users on the platform.

In some cases, we may retain certain information beyond the 30-day period for legal compliance, security purposes, or to prevent fraud and abuse. This is done in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
