Mark your listing status in Circova

Keep buyers informed by updating your listing’s status.

You can mark your listing on Circova as

Active — live and visible to buyers
Inactive — hidden from public view; you can publish it again later
Sold — the listing no longer shows to new buyers in browse or search

Mark an item as sold

Go to My Profile → Selling → Active.
On the listing card, tap Mark as Sold.
The item moves to the Sold tab and stops showing to new buyers.

Hide a listing (mark as inactive)

Go to My Profile → Selling → Active and open the listing.
On the listing card, tap Edit (✏️) → Manage This Listing.
Tap Mark as Inactive.
The item moves to Inactive and is hidden from public view.

Make an inactive item active again

Go to My Profile → Selling → Inactive.
Tap Edit to Reactivate.
Open the listing, update details if needed, then publish again.

Delete a listing

Go to My Profile → Selling, open the listing.
On the listing card, tap Edit (✏️) → Manage This Listing → Delete → Confirm.
Deleting removes it permanently (this action can’t be undone).

Good to know

If a deal falls through after you marked Sold, you can create a fresh listing by duplicating the listing in My Profile → Selling → Sold
